Getting started

Protech Connected Solutions (PCS) is our customer portal. A one-stop shop for requesting and scheduling services with the Protech team as well as view invoices and repair history. You can also view ADAS recommendations and generate WHY reports using our ID3 technology.  

Before you begin: You should have received an invitation email to create a PCS account. If you have not received the email, please contact Customer Support.  

For new customers, please click the link provided in the invitation email to begin setting up your account. The email also includes the step-by-step New Customer Setup Guide document as an attachment. 

For existing customers, use the top section to login with the email address and password you used to setup your account.  

Note: To create additional accounts, please use the Invite Users option under the Manage Account tab. You must have Admin privileges on the account to view this tab.
